Mindflash has several User Profiles available to be assigned to Users by Administrators. Each Role has different permissions with the least restrictive being Administrator and the most restrictive being Reporter.
Only Administrators can change the Permission level for Users.
Managers are able to:
1. Add New Trainees
2. Invite Trainees to Modules/Courses
3. Archive/Reactivate Trainees
4. View/Download Advanced Reports
Important Note: An Administrator can restrict Managers to one or multiple groups.
