Inviting Trainees to a Course - Manager
To invite new or existing trainees to a course, click "Courses" on the navigation bar on the left. Next, select the desired course and a right panel window will appear. On the top right, click the "Invite" button.
To invite trainees that are already in Mindflash, select ‘Existing’. For existing trainees, check the boxes to the left of the name of the trainees you want to invite. Once you have selected the appropriate names, click the ‘Invite’ button in the bottom right corner. This will send an email to the trainees to notify them they have been added to the Course.
When adding new trainees, you have the option to add individuals or a list from an Excel spreadsheet. Once you have added the trainees, they will receive an email notifying them that they have been invited to the course. The first time they click the link in the email, they will be prompted to set their password.
Note: The passwords must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase and lowercase letter, number, and symbol.
