Why am I getting an error message that a User already exists? How do I fix this?
Administrators have the ability to restrict who Reporters, Team Leads, Managers and Trainers can see in Mindflash. If you try to add a User who already exists but you do not have access to, you will receive an error message telling to you contact your Administrator.
In order to get access, you will need to have the Administrator grant you access to that User.
