Requesting a Feature
We love to hear feature requests from our customers and prospects alike. In fact, most of the features that have been built over the life of the product came directly from customers and prospective customers. Highly requested features often receive priority with our Product team.
Please discuss your feature requests with your Customer Success Manager or send to email@example.com. To ensure we're building features that meet your needs, please include as many details on your use case and proposed feature as possible.
We maintain a list of people who have requested specific features and typically reach out to them during our research and development phases for feedback.
