How can I extend a missed deadline from Users page?
First, select Users from the left hand side. Next, click the trainee name whose deadline you would like to extend from the list of Users.
After the trainee has been selected, the User Profile window will open. Click the “Courses” tab. Under the "Courses" tab, select the course and click the “Set Deadline” button under "Trainee Actions" drop down menu. You can then select a new deadline from the calendar pop-up that appears.
After you have selected a new Deadline Date, click done.
One important note: The trainee will not receive an email notification to inform them of the new deadline date. From the same "Trainee Actions" drop down menu, click the "Remind" button for the course that was just given a new deadline date. This will send a new email notification.
